Be Prepared

“When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be troubled; for such things must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famines and troubles. These are the beginnings of sorrows.” (Mark 13:7-8)

We live in a world filled with uncertainty and very real “wars and rumors of wars” displayed daily in the middle east as it sits on the edge of turning into a conflict of biblical proportions. Around the globe hundreds of millions continue to waste the precious number of days that were given to them here on earth (27,375 days on average) to “live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ”. (Titus 2:12-13)

Remember – the time of the rapture will be followed by the beginning of the most terrible set of years this planet will ever see – that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but the Father only. (Mathew 24:36-37)

As the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. (Mathew 24:37-39)

“And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.” (Romans 13:9-11)
