Is your faith this strong? Like you, my faith can go up and down depending on what is happening in my life.

That is not God’s purpose for my life, nor yours. I have less and less of those days as I have gotten older in the faith, but we still live in a sinful body in this sinful planet and we are bound to be affected.

The Christian life is not the perfect life – God doesn’t expect perfection. He wants us to have a life that is daily seeking to be more aware of Christ in and around us than we were the day before.

The enemy wants you to believe that anything less than a spotless life is worthy of His love, and that is such a distortion of HIs Word.

“but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

That is so powerful to think of – that while we were yet separated from His love, Christ came and died for us!
